We at Inflo Design Group, LLC (“IDG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) created this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to inform you how we use the information you provide to us through www.inflodesign.com (“Site”). This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection and use practices of IDG in connection with the Site. As a condition of your use of this Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect
We do not collect any Personal Information from you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We collect Personal Information in the following ways:

A. Visitor Inquiries
If you complete a contact form (a “Visitor”), you will be asked to provide us with the following Personal Information:

(a) First and last name; (b) Business email address; (c) Business phone number; (d) Employer; (e) Job title; and (f) Services you’re interested in, specific issues you need assistance with, or any other information you choose to provide regarding your inquiry.

B. Job Applicants
If you apply for a position or submit a general interest inquiry through our Careers pages (an “Applicant”), you will be asked to provide us with Personal Information such as:

(a) First and last name; (b) Email address and phone number; (c) Resume, cover letter, and work history; (d) Education, certifications, and licenses; and (e) Any other information you choose to include in your application or general interest submission.

In this Privacy Policy, we refer to this information collectively as “Personal Information.”

2. Minors
We do not collect any Personal Information from Visitors or Applicants under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not send any Personal Information to us. If we learn we have collected Personal Information from someone under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that someone under the age of 13 may have provided us with Personal Information in violation of this Privacy Policy, please contact us at info@inflodesign.com.

3. Tracking Usage Information
Like most websites, we use automatic data collection technology, including Google Analytics, when you visit the Site to record information that identifies your computer, to track your use of our Site, and to collect certain basic information about you and your surfing habits. The Site may contain content, services, advertising, and other materials that link to websites or social media platforms operated by third parties. 9. Important Notice to Visitors Outside the U.S.
The Site is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By providing us with any information through the Site, you consent to this transfer.
