Capital Improvements Program

A long-term engineering engagement supporting strategic planning, design, and program execution across the Water Authority of Dickson County's (WADC) water and wastewater capital programs.

IDG has served WADC in multiple roles over the past several years, supporting the execution of their capital improvements program across both water and wastewater systems. Program elements include sewer master planning (including evaluation of 75 lift stations and recommendation of a 20-year capital replacement program), management of a Sewer System Evaluation Survey (SSES) program, annual inspection and rehabilitation contracts (CCTV, manhole rehab, CIPP lining, and trenchless lateral renewal), and design of key capital projects including the Dickson Water Treatment Plant Improvements (new 300,000-gallon clearwell, new vertical turbine high service pumps, mechanical, E&I improvements) and the new Piney Pump Station. IDG provides strategic program advisory, design engineering, and project management to help WADC execute their capital program efficiently.
