Staff Augmentation – CPWS

A partnership delivering major infrastructure improvements and capacity expansion at Columbia's water treatment plant on the Duck River.

IDG augments CPWS staff on a variety of tasks including water treatment plant optimization, developer services, and project planning. A 2021 Water Engineering Services Optimization study performed by IDG evaluated and made recommendations for improving the structure and efficiency of CPWS’s engineering services related to new water service applications, design review and development infrastructure approval.
