30-inch Cool Springs Transmission Main

Delivering a major watermain upgrade through one of Williamson County's busiest commercial corridors.
IDG Water Engineering Project, MUD Capital Improvements Program

IDG provided planning, design, bidding and construction administration services for the 11,000 LF of 30-inch diameter watermain through the highly commercialized Cool Springs area of Williamson County. The project navigated 17 private easement acquisitions from commercial property owners, all-bore road crossings, a major creek crossing, and permitting with TDEC, TDOT, the City of Franklin, and the City of Brentwood. Construction was carefully sequenced to minimize business disruptions, including a planned two-month pause during the holiday shopping season.
